Start Here: 12 Weeks, No Commitment

Start Here: 12 Weeks, No Commitment

Starting something new can feel like a much bigger decision than it actually needs to be.

Maybe you’ve thought about trying self-defense, getting back into a workout routine, or finally seeing what Jiu Jitsu is all about. But then come the questions:

What if I don’t know what I’m doing?
What if everyone else is already in shape?
What if I sign up and realize it isn’t for me?

Those are exactly the kinds of questions our new 12-Week Courses at Fit to Fight® Gastonia are designed to answer.

Instead of asking you to make a big, long-term commitment after only a couple classes, you can choose a program, spend 12 weeks actually learning and training, and decide from experience whether it’s something you want to continue.

Choose Where You want to start

Our 12-week options are available in three different programs:

Group Fitness
A great place to start if your main goal is to move more, get stronger, improve your conditioning, and have workouts that are a lot more interesting than wandering around a traditional gym wondering what to do next.

Self-Defense
Learn practical skills while improving your fitness, confidence, awareness, and ability to problem-solve under pressure. You do not need any martial arts experience to begin.

Jiu Jitsu
If grappling has ever looked interesting but also a little intimidating, this is your opportunity to learn the fundamentals in a structured environment and see what training is actually like.

you Don't need to "get ready" first

One of the most common things we hear is, “I want to try it, but I need to get in better shape first.”

You don’t.

You also don’t need to know how to punch, grapple, kick, lift weights, or somehow magically understand where to stand when class starts.

That’s what the class is for.

Everyone who trains here had a first day. The goal of a beginner course isn’t to see what you already know. It’s to give you enough time to actually learn something.

Why 12 Weeks?

A single class can tell you whether something seems interesting.

Twelve weeks gives you enough time to see what happens when you stick with it.

You can learn the basics, get to know your coaches and training partners, establish a routine, and notice the difference between how you felt walking in on day one and how you feel a few months later.

And at the end of those 12 weeks, you can decide what comes next.

No pressure to know today whether this is something you want to do for the next five years.

Just start.

The Hardest Part is Usually Walking in

If you’ve been looking for something new but haven’t been sure where you belong, you don’t need to have the answer before you begin.

Pick the thing that sounds interesting.

Give yourself 12 weeks.

See what you’re capable of.

Fit to Fight® Gastonia’s 12-Week Courses are now available for Group Fitness, Self-Defense, and Jiu Jitsu.
