Here’s what to look for:
- If you’re goal is to get in great shape with a new and exciting workout – look for “Heavy Bag Blast” “Results” and “Functional FItness” Classes!
- If Jiu-Jitsu is on your radar, all classes are open to beginners. The no-gi class is probably easiest to get started in as there is no uniform required!
- For Self-Defense, any Krav Maga class is the right one to check out!
