BIO
I started training in 2010 after being the victim of a home invasion robbery and also needing to get in shape and get my life together. What I found was way more than what I was looking for. I fell head over heels in love with the environment the people and the coaching style. I lost 70 lbs got fit, strong, and learned how to defend myself.
The best part and byproduct was that I became tough mentally. I learned to fight mentally and physically and take control of the rest of my life. It gave me a confidence and life that I didn’t even know existed.
I had to take a few years off in which I got married starting raising my 6 children and built their foundation as well. As soon as the homefront was stable, I returned, brought my kids with me, and have been training ever since.
Fit to Fight® built the foundation to help me be a strong mother, wife, and friend. After my first year of training, I knew I wanted to be a coach to help people and teach them to fight in all areas of life the way I was shown and do for them what was done for me through this great organization and the Fit to Fight® family.
Walking through the doors is scary but I promise you will find more than what you are looking for. We’re a family here and all are welcome.
