The Fit to Fight® SPARology™ Kickboxing program combines boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai for a full range striking program. We help you develop your own fighting style that works for you and your strengths while challenging you to grow and improve.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I Need Any Experience?
Classes labeled "Kickboxing" are open to anyone, regardless of experience level. This is a safe and supportive training environment for all practitioners. We ask you to be patient with yourself and your partners, and enjoy the process. Classes labeled "SPARology™" are reserved for upper level training.
What if I have injuries?
Everyone's Fighting Something®. At your first class, our member specialist will ask if you have any injuries or complications. Our instructors are trained to provide options and alternatives when needed. We are functional for any and all!
Will I lose weight?
Everyone's goals, experiences, and results are going to be a bit different. At your first class we'll ask what your goals are so we can help you on your journey. So if your goal is to lose weight, we will do everything possible to help you make that happen!
Do I need to get in shape first?
That's what we are here to help you do! All of our classes contain a fitness element to help you build endurance and cardio. Can't make it through the whole class? That's okay! Start where you are, do what you can. You'll be taking multiple classes a day in no time!
