Description
The Fit to Fight® Krav Maga program is an ever evolving system to enhance the survivability for those who need it most. The training and development for an instructor is the crucial element to this program. The difference is real.
The program is divided into 6 levels. Level 1 combines the Foundation level, used for new students within the program, and level 1 training. Levels 2 and 3 are considered intermediate.
Levels 4-5 are considered expert.
Finally, Level 6 is Black Belt.
