The Fit to Fight® Krav Maga program is an ever evolving system to enhance the survivability for those who need it most. The training and development for an instructor is the crucial element to this program. The Level 1/2 course includes the Fit to Fight® Krav Maga Path levels of Foundation, Level 1 and Level 2.

Coaches or aspiring coaches who would like to be considered a Fit to Fight® coach at either Level 1 or 2 are welcome to participate in this course. You should have a strong understanding of basic stance, striking, and self-defense techniques from these levels. No coaching experience is required – we will discuss what makes a great instructor and what distinguishes a Fit to Fight® coach from others. The difference is real.

The program is divided into 6 levels. Level 1 combines the Foundation level, used for new students within the program, and level 1 training. Levels 2 and 3 are considered intermediate.
Levels 4-5 are considered expert.
Finally, Level 6 is Black Belt.
