Edge of Reality™ level 1 is a self-defense training program emphasizing clinching, wrestling, and striking to defend against an attack with a bladed weapon. Using a realistic approach, the program is designed to equip individuals with the skills to effectively manage weapons-based confrontations, including conflict avoidance, early responses, gaining positional advantage and control, and safely disengaging from the altercation.
