Description
The College Bound self-defense session is a basic overview of all the necessary self-defense skills for dealing with common attacks and concerns for young adults heading to college. It serves a dual purpose of helping prepare anyone making a significant change towards independence in their life. Whether you are newly responsible for yourself or others, learning these basic skills is an important way to start your training.
While one session is not sufficient for being prepared for the fight of your life, it will serve as a catalyst towards better situational awareness, critical thinking skills when dealing with strangers, and having internal conversations regarding what’s acceptable in interpersonal relationships.
