On Friday 6/16 we are hosting a FREE Introductory Modern Krav Maga class where we will cover the basics of managing an approaching stranger, striking, and defense against attacks.
We want to extend a special invite to father’s and their teen/adult children. At our training center, we are one big family, but we also have multiple families who train together and it’s so incredible to see. We watch spouses, cousins, siblings, and parents form incredible bonds on the mat while learning life saving skills, and we want you to be a part of it.
Now, training with a loved one is not for everyone. As someone who trains regularly with her fiancé, step-son, I can tell you that with the many smiles come plenty of eye rolls. But in a situation where you and your families lives may be at risk, it’s important to have a plan and this is a great first step.
